How is the payment amount calculated?
The payment amount is calculated based on the number of documents issued in InvoiceXpress. Documents include invoices, simplified invoices, invoice-receipts, and transportation guides.
How is the payment processed?
Payment is made monthly, directly billed by Shopify, and will be listed on your Shopify invoice.
Is it truly unlimited?
Yes, our application does not impose usage limits. However, please note that your InvoiceXpress plan may have its own usage limits. In that case, once that limit is reached, the application will no longer be able to issue new documents in your account.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. To do so, simply uninstall the application from your Shopify store. Please note that uninstalling the application does not cancel your subscription with InvoiceXpress.
Do I need an InvoiceXpress subscription?
Yes. You will need to have a paid plan with InvoiceXpress. If you do not have an account yet, you can create a free trial account. The application will work even during your InvoiceXpress trial period.
Are my data safe?
Yes. Payments are processed internally by Shopify. All other data collected by Xpressifi is only used for the application's functioning. We do not share your data with any entity other than InvoiceXpress.
